PENINSULAR SPAIN AND BALEARIC ISLANDS

The transport of De la Cueva products will be carried out through the courier company, which will carry out the door-to-door service, usually within a period of 24/48 hours from our shipment confirmation. For products that by their nature require cold, they will be sent by COLD courier service (controlled temperature between +2ºC and +8ºC) guaranteeing that in no case is the cold chain broken, with deliveries preferably before 13:30 p.m. ensure the best conditions for your order. However, in extreme cases there could be incidents in transport, assuring you that the maximum period will never exceed 5 business days from the confirmation of shipment, or we will refund the full amount of your order.

The shipping cost will be €8,00 for standard and cold shipments, if the sum of the items included in the order exceeds €70,00, the postage will be FREE regardless of whether it requires cold or not. These conditions do not apply to customer orders with Hotel and Shop rates, which will be governed by the particular conditions of these customers.

We do not serve orders to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla

Once the order leaves our warehouses, an email will be sent notifying you that your order has been accepted and is being sent.

The orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have given us in your form, so it is important that you pay attention when filling in the delivery address data. We will not be held responsible if the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete. If you have ordered products that need to be cold for transport, make sure you have a suitable place to keep them until they are used.

For security reasons, Patrick de la Cueva, SL will not send any order to post office boxes or military bases, nor will it accept any order when it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and their address.

If you choose PayPal as the payment method, once the order has been placed, it is not allowed to make any type of change in the shipping address.

Expected date of delivery of your order, depending on the day and time you place it and whether or not it needs cold. Deliveries from Monday to Friday. Prices with VAT included.

REST OF THE COUNTRIES

De la Cueva products offered outside mainland Spain are exclusively distributed dry in the territories of the European Community.

The shipping cost will be €30,00, if the sum of the items included in the order exceeds €200,00, the postage will be FREE regardless of whether it requires cold or not. These conditions do not apply to customer orders with Hotel and Shop rates, which will be governed by the particular conditions of these customers.

We do not serve non-EU countries including the UK

For security reasons, no order will be shipped to PO Boxes or military bases, nor will any order be accepted where it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and their address.

DELIVERY PROBLEMS 

You must notify Patrick de la Cueva, SL in cases of non-receipt of orders over 5 business days.

If it is impossible for us to make the delivery, the courier company will contact you again to agree on a new delivery date.

When your order is delivered, you must check that everything is as requested. If there is any discrepancy or problem with the order, you should contact Patrick de la Cueva, SL by email info@delacuevafinefood.com leaving us your personal data and order number reflecting the discrepancy or problem and we will contact you shortly to solve the incident.

RETURN POLICY

To return a food product you have 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order, not being possible to return perishable goods and those others that by their nature may deteriorate or expire quickly. In the case of a household product, you have 15 days to return it.

When you receive an order we attach a return form that you must fill out to make the return.

The products must be returned in the same conditions in which you received them, together with their complete original packaging, labels and together with any accessories related to them. The customer will be responsible for proving that the items have been returned, so we recommend that you always send your returns through a system that certifies the delivery for your safety.

Returns or exchanges of perishable items are not permitted.

You will be responsible for the costs of returning the product and in no case will we accept returns sent postage due.

If your return does not comply with the stipulated terms, you will not be entitled to receive any refund and we will send you the Patrick de la Cueva, SL products freight collect.

If the recipient of the Patrick de la Cueva, SL products is different from the person who made the payment, the refund of the money will be made to the person who made the payment.

Returned Patrick de la Cueva, SL products must be sent in a single delivery. We reserve the right not to accept products from Patrick de la Cueva, SL that belong to a single order, returned and delivered at different times. Once we verify that the Patrick de la Cueva, SL products that you return to us meet all the specifications of the Returns Policy, we will send you an email informing you that the return has been accepted. Regardless of the payment system used by you, the refund of the amount will be launched as soon as possible but always within a period of 15 days following receipt of the returned product in our warehouses.

Neither changes nor refunds are allowed in our stores.

In the case of having made the payment by transfer, to make the return you must attach an account number on the return form where you can make the deposit.

RETURNS OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you receive an erroneous order or defective product, please contact us immediately, within 24 hours, through our contact form indicating the error or defect along with your personal data.

In the case of problems with the packaging, you must notify the courier company at the time of receipt of the order, indicating it on the delivery note or on the deliveryman's electronic tablet.

We will proceed to carefully examine the returned product and we will notify you by e-mail within a reasonable period of time if the return or replacement of the product is appropriate (if applicable). The return or replacement of the item will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days from the date on which we send you an email confirming that the return or replacement of the non-compliant item is appropriate.

The amounts paid for those products that are returned due to some defect or defect, when it actually exists, will be fully reimbursed, including the delivery costs incurred to deliver the item and the costs that you would have incurred to return it to us. The refund will be made in the same way that was used to pay for the purchase.

The rights recognized by current legislation are protected.
