From a very young age I have had the concern to know and appreciate the different ingredients and products that are part of the gastronomic culture of different regions of the world.
My professional activity as a specialist in saffron and spices has allowed me to travel to more than 40 countries and meet first-hand small producers of the most incredible gastronomic treasures.
I have decided to start a new business adventure developing, in cooperation with small artisan producers, a family of food products that I wanted to market under the De la Cueva brand. I cannot offer a greater guarantee of the quality of the selected products than by putting my family's name on them.
All these products reflect the values in which I believe: Quality, authenticity and passion.
