DE LA CUEVA artichokes are grown in organic gardens in the Ribera del Ebro in Navarra.
The secret of its tenderness and extraordinary flavor lies in harvesting at the optimum moment of maturation of the best raw material: Artichokes of the Blanca de Tudela variety.
Elaboration process
Hand-peeled artichokes with great care: removing all the hard leaves and keeping part of the tail (the tastiest area).
Confit in a mixture of olive and sunflower oil that does not alter the natural flavor of the artichoke. No preservatives, colorants or flavor enhancers are added.
It is a completely handmade and natural product.
